These snapper were caught on my new 300 soft bait combo, used for the first time ever at softbaiting, had a blast. Best thing I have ever bought for fishing, thanks to fishing4less.
I just wanted to give you some feedback on your softbait 300 series combo which I have had since the end of March. It has been a great light rod which I have used for softbaiting, flasher rigs and a bit of casting light weights off the rocks. I have landed well over 100 fish with a few above 3kg, and met only 2 monsters which were unstoppable. The reel is awesome and I love the sound of braid peeling off. The rod is also good, it has a nice balance, long enough and light enough to cast baits well out, and take the hit of the fish, but not too long to work in the favour of the fish.
